Personal Identifier Information on Court Documents – Rules for the District Court of Oklahoma, Rule #31 (Court Transparency Rules)

***The transcripts of the 3rd trial, where Dyer was convicted, have not been released by his supporters, because they claim it is against Oklahoma law to release them because there is a personal identifiable information, such as the child’s name. As you can see here, if it does so happen that a document is released with the personally identifiable information, then it is the mistake of the filer and is public record. The transcripts of the 3rd trial have never been sealed.***
